This first-party walkthrough shows a few everyday tasks you can try with Atlas AI in Telegram. The examples are illustrative commands, not user testimonials or claims about other assistants.

Create and edit a reminder

  1. 1Open Atlas in Telegram and tap Start.
  2. 2Say "Remind me every day at 8 PM to plan tomorrow."
  3. 3Then say "Make it 9 PM." Check that the confirmation has the updated time and your timezone.

Save a useful preference

Say "Remember that I prefer short answers." Check /memory to see what was saved. You can remove a fact with /forget. A conversational reply alone is not a substitute for checking stored memory.

Read Gmail when you choose to connect it

Use /connectemail to connect an account, then ask for a summary of your inbox. New Gmail connections provide read access; email sending requires send permission and your approval. You can try reminders and chat without connecting Gmail.

Log a meal by text or photo

Try "I ate 2 eggs and toast" or send a clear meal photo. Include portion sizes for a better estimate and correct any mistaken amounts. Nutrition estimates are not precise measurements.

Check the limits

Use /premium for the current plan and Telegram Stars checkout. The permanent free tier has six-hour allowances. Generated images have a separate limit from photo analysis, which uses normal messages. Start with a small real task before deciding whether a paid plan fits.

Try your first reminder

Open Atlas and say: “Remind me in 2 minutes to check Atlas.”
