This guide is written by the team behind Atlas AI. It explains what to try when choosing a Telegram assistant, using Atlas as a worked example. It is not an independent ranking of other bots.
Start with one useful action
Open Atlas in Telegram, tap Start, and say: "Remind me in 2 minutes to check Atlas." Review the saved time and timezone. You can leave Gmail, calendar and meal tracking disconnected while you try it.
What to check before choosing an assistant
- Can it save a reminder and let you change the time in the next message?
- Does it show which facts it actually saved? Ask to remember a preference, then check /memory.
- Are free and paid limits explained clearly? Open /premium for current plans.
- Can you disconnect optional integrations and delete saved memories? Read the privacy policy before connecting an account.
What Atlas offers
Atlas combines reminders, saved memory, voice messages, meal tracking and optional Gmail summaries and calendar planning. Photo meal logs are estimates. Gmail reading and search are available after connection; sending needs an account with send permission and your approval.
Try it before subscribing
Use the free tier to test the tasks that matter to you. Free access includes 6 messages and 1 generated image per six-hour window, with no generated files. Photo analysis uses the message allowance. Plan limits still apply when using your own API key.
